1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Access to Cabin Jackpot Club is strictly regulated. To participate in any games or draws, you represent and warrant that:

  1. Age Requirement: You are at least 19 years of age. Underage gambling is a criminal offense. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend accounts until satisfactory proof is provided.
  2. Location: You are physically located within a Canadian jurisdiction where online lottery participation is permitted by law at the time of purchase.
  3. Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not restricted by any limited legal capacity.
  4. Non-Exclusion: You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling sites and are not prohibited from gambling due to any court order.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To purchase tickets, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You may only hold one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Customer Support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

We adhere to "Know Your Customer" (KYC) regulations. Before any major withdrawal is processed, we may require valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

4. Game Rules and Purchasing

4.1 Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final. Once a transaction is confirmed by our servers, it cannot be cancelled or refunded by the user.

4.2 Cut-off Times: Tickets for a specific draw must be purchased before the designated cut-off time (typically 7:00 PM ET on draw days). Purchases made after this time will be entered into the subsequent draw.

4.3 System Errors: In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers you believe you selected and the numbers recorded in our central database, the database record will be deemed authoritative.

4.4 Pricing: Ticket prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Winnings and Withdrawals

5.1 Validation: All winning claims are subject to validation procedures. A ticket is not a valid winning ticket until it has been verified by our central computer system.

5.2 Prize Payment:

  • Minor Prizes (Under $1,000): Credited automatically to your player wallet.
  • Major Prizes ($1,000+): Must be claimed manually. You will be contacted by our Prize Center to arrange verification.

5.3 Taxes: While lottery winnings are generally not taxable in Canada for recreational players, you are solely responsible for determining your tax liability in your specific jurisdiction.

5.4 Errors: If funds are credited to your account in error (e.g., due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to reverse the transaction and recover the funds.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your play, including:

  • Deposit Limits: Cap the amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Cool-off Periods: Take a short break (1 day to 6 weeks).
  • Self-Exclusion: A voluntary ban from our services for 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Website are protected under applicable copyrights and trademarks. "Cabin Jackpot Club" and our logo are trademarks of Cabin Jackpot Club Inc. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Website is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
